After the event of April 7, held at the Centro Pavesi in Milan, the Sport4Rules project will stop today and tomorrow in Sarajevo (Bosnia-Herzegovina).
The project is co-financed by Erasmus+, within which the Italian Volleyball Federation has the fundamental role of coordinator. The aim is to concretely support the fight against violence, racism, discrimination and intolerance in the sports world.
The project aims to:
– promote a culture of non-violence by exploiting the capacity of sport to influence people socially and to act as a catalyst for virtuous behaviour and initiatives.
– to encourage the participation of young people in sport, with specific reference to voluntary activities (arbitrage), insofar as they are capable of influencing the development of both personal and professional skills.
– establish a fruitful collaboration between different sports disciplines and different sectors, with the aim of proposing shared solutions to common problems and creating a virtuous exchange of approaches and practices.
